The Gütegemeinschaft Kerzen e.V., hereinafter referred to as the Gütegemeinschaft, is giving away the following prizes in the summer competition:
· A gift set, 2 gift boxes with candle sets and 2 vouchers worth €25 and €50 respectively from Müller Kerzenfabrik GmbH
· 2 candle sets and 3 sets consisting of a candle set and a room fragrance from Dalian Talent Group
· 4 candle sets with various candles from Gebr. Steinhart Wachswarenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG
· 3 candle sets from Wiedemann GmbH
· 3 candle sets from Bolsius Nederland B.V.
· 2 pillar candle sets from Erich Kopschitz GmbH
· One candle set from Richard Wenzel GmbH & Co KG
· One aromatherapy set with candle, diffuser, and aromatic oil from GALA GROUP GmbH
· One decorative candle “Santa Claus” from Engels Kerzen GmbH
· One scented candle set from DIANA CANDLES
By participating in the competition, users agree to the following conditions of participation and the responsibility for the content.
1. what can you win?
By participating, one person has the chance to win one of the prizes described above.
The prizes will be raffled off among all participants who have taken part in the competition by the respective day of the door.
3. over what period will the campaign take place?
The campaign starts on Monday, December 1 and ends on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at 11:59 pm. The winners will be notified during the course of the day on the next day of the little door.
4 Who can take part?
Participation is free of charge and permitted to any natural person aged 18 or over.
Participation requires the truthful provision of relevant data.
Sweepstakes clubs and automated sweepstakes services are not eligible to participate.
Please only enter once.
Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning, as they will be filtered and blocked before the draw.
5 Who is excluded from participation?
The Quality Association is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Legal recourse is excluded.
6 How are the winners determined?
The winners are selected by the Quality Association in an independent lottery.
7. how do I find out if I have won?
The winner will be notified by e-mail.
The winner will then send the Gütegemeinschaft their full name and address by e-mail to gewinnspiel@komfour.de by the next day of the door at the latest.
8. how do I receive my winnings?
With the prize notification, the winner is requested to provide the Gütegemeinschaft with the first and last names, full address, e-mail address and / or telephone number / mobile number of the winner and his/her companion. The participants are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided.
9. what happens if I do not contact you after I have been notified of my winnings?
If the winners do not contact the Gütegemeinschaft by the next day of the door at the latest, the prize will be forfeited. The same applies in the event that the winners provide the Quality Association with incorrect contact details and it is therefore not possible to send the prize.
10. reservation clause
The Gütegemeinschaft reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, the Quality Association will only make use of this option if it is not possible to guarantee the proper running of the game for reasons of force majeure, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. The Gütegemeinschaft is not liable for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases, the prize may be replaced by a prize of equal value.

The focus is on your safety and satisfaction.
The Gütegemeinschaft stores and uses the data collected exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the fulfillment of this contractual obligation is § 28 para.
1 sentence 1 no. 1 Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) or (from 25.5.2018) Art. 6 para.
1 lit.
b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The address data that we request from you by e-mail in the event of a prize notification is used exclusively for sending the prize. After the prize has been sent, all data will be deleted in accordance with the statutory regulations.
Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless it is necessary to do so in order to run the competition or send the prize and there is authorization to do so.
In addition to this, reference is made to the general data protection declaration of the Quality Association. Here you will also find all information on your rights as a data subject

Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Winning claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. The Quality Association reserves the right to amend the Conditions of Participation at any time.
